What you will learn
- Plan and prepare for facilitation
- Make an analysis of learners needs, creating learning plans, setting up a facilitation environment and dealing with possible learning barriers
- How to plan and choose the right facilitation methods that meet the desired outcomes

- Learn how to implement the chosen facilitation techniques and methodologies successfully and in a way that suits various learning needs and outcomes
- How to evaluate learning and facilitation

We know your schedule might vary. That’s why we’ve created different options to take this course.
- The first is onsite in-person at our facilities. This will run for four days at our Durban training offices. You’ll be led by an experienced facilitator who will run through the material in a fun and engaging manner.
- The second option is online facilitated training. This way you can study no matter where you are. We have dedicated facilitators that are ready to guide you through the course over a video-sharing platform.
Lastly, you will be able to complete our online self-study facilitator course soon. Keep a look out for when this option becomes available.

Learners will receive credits based on the assumption that they are already knowledgeable in the area that they plan to provide facilitation training.
