A client wanted to claim two extra BBBEE points under the Management Control Element on their BBBEE scorecard. They needed to employ three learners with disabilities in their administration team, but they were concerned about the time and financial investment required to train them. They asked us to source three learners and ensure they were trained.
The Solution
We were able to provide a cost-effective, instant solution as we have a database of learners with disabilities who have completed our Business Administration learnership (NQF 3). We presented seven prospective candidates to the client, who conducted interviews and hired three new permanent employees.
