A client had sponsored learnerships for people with disabilities with Edge, over a three-year period. They were committed to helping the disabled community and even trained their staff, through Edge, to become more sensitive to people with disabilities in the workplace. When they were required to spend money on Socio-Economic Development, for their BBBEE scorecard, we were able to provide several solutions and they were able to claim three BBBEE points.
The Solution
The client was able to claim BBBEE spend through our latest partnership with a brilliant non-profit company, Made for More. Made for More aims to include, empower and equip people with disabilities through sport.
